About Company

EnvoBiz supports companies with Business and IT-project management. We use SAFe to structure the program portfolio and apply Hybrid-, SureStep-AgileScrum methodologies to manage the implementation projects from idea to go-live and hand-over to support organization. We stablish the agile way of working and manage all project phases through solution implementation and roll-out. We handle supplier- and product related activities such as RFI, RFP, RFQ, negotiation, evaluation and selection.

Focus area

We focus on Microsoft Dynamics365 F&O full suite Solution including ISV applications such as ExFlow, SKglobal, CPQ, Lasernet, Annata365, TMS, and integration to different external and internal legacy systems. We stablish needed processes, structure Azure DevOps and Teams for planning, development and documentation. We develop processes for change management, continues release management, education & training, support- and incident management.

Agile leader

David Omidvar is a senior agile leader with many years experience in managing complex IT-program and projects, Dynamics 365 solution implementations, and global roll-out projects. He has successful track records in organizing program portfolio and managing all project related activities from requirement analysis, business process design, application development, master data migration, documents and BI-reports, technical environments, system integration, test and test automation, build and release. He is specialist in establishing Agile Development Factory (ADF) and Agile Release Train (ART).
